By placing an order in the landhome.eu online store, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Distance Contract and its terms.
After the order is placed, a legally binding contract is concluded between you and SIA “RT CONSULT LTD”, which defines the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. Parties to the Contract
This distance contract is concluded between SIA “RT CONSULT LTD”, registration No. 40203308232, address: “Mazdoles”, Dole, Salaspils municipality, LV-2121, Latvia (hereinafter – the Company), and the Buyer who places an order in the online store.
2. Subject of the Contract
A distance contract is an agreement between the Buyer and the Company, concluded via the internet based on the offer published in the online store.
This contract applies to all orders placed in the Company’s online store.
3. When the Contract Becomes Valid
The contract comes into force when:
- the Buyer places an order online, and
- the Company confirms the order by phone, e-mail, or SMS.
4. Ordering Products
Orders can be placed with or without registration.
To place an order:
- Click “Add to cart” for the selected product.
- Open the cart (icon in the top-right corner).
- Enter Buyer details, choose delivery method, and provide the address.
- The order is considered completed after online payment is made.
5. Payment Methods
Payment is possible via:
- internet banking (Swedbank, Citadele, Nordea), or
- bank transfer based on an invoice sent to your e-mail.
Please make sure to include the invoice number (ID) in the payment purpose.

6. Delivery Terms
Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation in the “Delivery” section.
Delivery cost is not included in the product price and may depend on the size of the product and delivery distance.
7. Warranty
Complaints regarding product quality are handled in accordance with Latvian consumer protection regulations.
Free after-sales warranty service is not provided, unless stated otherwise.
8. Order Fulfillment Time
The Company undertakes to fulfill the order within 30 days from the date of receiving the order, unless another deadline is agreed separately.
9. Product Unavailability
If the ordered product is not available, the Company will inform the Buyer. In such cases, the Company may:
- offer an equivalent product at a similar price, or
- refund the full amount paid.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
According to Latvian consumer law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- the product cannot be returned due to its nature (e.g. hygiene items),
- the product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
The product must be unused, clean, and returned in its original packaging.
Consumer protection rules do not apply to purchases made by legal entities (companies).
11. Return Procedure
A proof of purchase is required for returns.
If the Buyer uses the right of withdrawal, the Buyer covers return shipping costs.
If the product is defective, the Company covers delivery-related costs after confirmation.
Refunds are made to the original payer’s bank account.
12. Privacy Policy
Confidentiality
The Company does not disclose Buyer information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Personal Data
Personal data is used only for order processing, delivery, communication, and legal compliance.
Data may be used to improve services and customer experience.
